Project Overview
StreamPilot is an OTT streaming platform built to simplify how viewers discover, access, and manage digital entertainment. Users can create profiles, browse content, explore categories, search titles, manage subscriptions, and watch available video content across supported devices. Content teams can manage titles, categories, metadata, availability, and publishing workflows through dedicated management tools. Administrators can monitor users, subscriptions, content activity, and platform operations from a central dashboard. The product was built to bring viewing and content management into one connected ecosystem. Abhineh Infotech supported product planning, UI UX design, application development, backend engineering, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Project Idea
StreamPilot was designed to create a structured OTT experience where viewers could discover content easily while content teams maintained practical publishing and management controls.
OTT platforms handle large libraries across movies, shows, categories, episodes, metadata, subscriptions, user profiles, and viewing activity. StreamPilot needed to organise this information into an intuitive experience that helped viewers find relevant content while giving internal teams control over the content lifecycle.
Abhineh Infotech connected content management, discovery, search, profiles, subscriptions, streaming services, viewing activity, and administrative workflows through a unified platform architecture. This helped content information move consistently between management interfaces and viewer experiences while supporting the different requirements of users and internal teams.
The product principle focused on clarity, speed, and confidence. Viewers needed clear content information, straightforward discovery, and accessible subscription details. Content teams needed organised publishing controls. Consistent layouts and focused navigation helped users move from discovery to viewing without unnecessary interface complexity.

Challenges
StreamPilot supported viewers, content teams, and administrators with different responsibilities and access requirements. Viewers needed simple discovery and viewing experiences, while content teams required tools for managing titles, metadata, categories, availability, and publishing activity.
OTT platforms process varied data across titles, episodes, categories, descriptions, artwork, user profiles, subscriptions, viewing records, and content availability. StreamPilot required structured data models and validation processes to keep information consistent across viewer interfaces, content management tools, and administrative services.
Streaming platforms can experience significant traffic increases when popular content attracts large audiences. StreamPilot required efficient APIs, caching, scalable services, and cloud infrastructure to support content discovery, account activity, and streaming related workflows while maintaining responsive platform performance.

Results
StreamPilot launched as a connected OTT platform covering content discovery, video streaming, user profiles, subscriptions, viewing activity, content management, and administration. The delivered product brought core viewer and content workflows into one structured digital ecosystem.
Centralised content management tools gave internal teams clearer control over titles, categories, metadata, availability, users, and subscription information. This helped create more consistent publishing and operational workflows while keeping content information organised across the platform.
Viewers gained a more structured journey from account creation through content discovery and viewing. Clear categories, search functionality, content information, profiles, and subscription controls helped users navigate the platform and access relevant entertainment with fewer unnecessary steps.
The platform established a foundation for continued OTT development. Its architecture can support additional content formats, personalised discovery, subscription plans, device experiences, analytics, content workflows, and streaming capabilities as StreamPilot expands.
