Northpay is a multi currency digital wallet and payments platform designed for small and medium sized businesses managing everyday financial activity. Users can create profiles, hold multiple currencies, transfer funds, make merchant payments, and review transaction activity from one platform. Internal staff use the operations dashboard to monitor transactions, manage payment activity, review account information, and support operational workflows. The product was built to reduce fragmented payment processes and give SMBs a clearer way to manage money across different currencies. Northpay needed one connected platform that could simplify payment activity for SMB users while giving internal teams better visibility across wallets, transfers, merchants, and transactions.

SMB payment activity often involves multiple currencies, transaction types, payment records, and operational steps. Users needed a simpler experience, while internal teams needed consistent information across different workflows. The challenge was to bring these activities together without making the product difficult to understand or operate.

Abhineh Infotech connected wallet management, transfers, merchant payments, transaction tracking, and operational controls through a shared platform architecture. The approach aligned customer facing journeys with internal workflows, helping information move consistently between interfaces and backend services while supporting payment related processes through structured data flows.

The product principle centred on clarity, speed, and confidence. Screens were designed to make balances, payment activity, transfer status, and operational information easy to understand. The platform architecture supported responsive interactions and reliable processing, giving users and staff a consistent experience across key payment journeys.

SMB users required simple wallet and payment journeys, while internal staff needed broader visibility and operational controls. The platform had to support these experiences without creating unnecessary complexity or exposing information outside each user context.

Payment activity generated varied data across currencies, transfers, merchant payments, transaction statuses, and account records. Northpay required consistent handling and presentation of this information across customer and staff interfaces. Data structures and validation processes needed to support accurate records while keeping important payment details easy to review.

Transfer activity could increase significantly during busy periods, creating performance demands across the application and backend services. The platform needed responsive interfaces, efficient data handling, caching support, and scalable infrastructure so users could continue reviewing balances, initiating transfers, and tracking payment activity during peak volumes.
