Project Overview
MediMeet is a doctor on demand platform designed to make remote healthcare consultations more accessible and organised. Patients can create profiles, search for doctors, request consultations, schedule appointments, communicate with providers, and review consultation records. Doctors can manage profiles, availability, appointments, patient information, and consultation activity through dedicated tools. Administrative teams can oversee users, providers, appointments, payments, and platform activity from a central dashboard. The product was built to connect patient and provider workflows while maintaining a clear digital experience. Abhineh Infotech supported product planning, UI UX design, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Project Idea
MediMeet was designed to simplify remote healthcare access by connecting patients, doctors, appointments, consultations, and administrative workflows through one digital platform.
Patients often need to navigate separate processes for finding providers, checking availability, scheduling consultations, communicating with doctors, and accessing records. MediMeet needed to bring these activities together while keeping the patient experience simple and giving doctors practical tools for managing their consultation schedules.
Abhineh Infotech connected patient profiles, doctor discovery, availability, appointment scheduling, consultation workflows, messaging, payments, and administrative controls through a unified architecture. This created consistent information flow between patient and provider interfaces while giving administrators appropriate visibility into appointments, accounts, and platform activity.
The product principle focused on clarity, speed, and confidence. Patients needed straightforward access to provider information, appointments, and consultation details. Doctors needed focused tools for managing schedules and patient interactions. Clear navigation and structured information helped both sides move through important healthcare workflows.

Challenges
MediMeet supported patients, doctors, and administrative teams with different responsibilities and access requirements. Patients needed simple discovery and appointment journeys, doctors required schedule and consultation tools, while administrators needed broader controls for managing users, providers, appointments, and platform activity.
Healthcare platforms handle varied information across patient profiles, provider details, availability, appointments, consultation records, messages, payments, and account data. The system required structured data handling and appropriate access controls to keep relevant information consistent across interfaces and workflows.
Consultation demand can increase during peak hours and periods of higher healthcare activity. MediMeet required responsive APIs, efficient data access, scalable services, and reliable cloud infrastructure to support appointment discovery, scheduling, communication, and consultation workflows as platform usage increased.
