Job seekers can create profiles, browse listings, search opportunities, review job details, and submit applications through a structured experience. Employers can create company profiles, publish vacancies, review applicants, and manage recruitment activity through dedicated tools. Administrators can oversee users, listings, applications, categories, and platform activity from a central dashboard. The product was built to bring job discovery and recruitment workflows into one connected environment. Job Marketplace needed a simpler structure that allowed candidates to find suitable opportunities while giving employers practical tools to publish and manage vacancies.

This created consistent information flow between job seeker and employer interfaces while allowing each user type to access tools relevant to their recruitment journey.
