Project Overview
FleetPulse is a GPS tracking and fleet management platform built to help businesses monitor vehicles and coordinate daily transportation activity. Fleet managers can view vehicle locations, review routes, monitor driver activity, check trip history, and manage fleet information through a central interface. Drivers can access assigned vehicle and trip information through dedicated mobile tools. Operations teams can review alerts, vehicle status, location records, and fleet activity from an administrative dashboard. The platform was built to bring real time tracking and fleet operations into one connected system. Abhineh Infotech supported planning, UI UX design, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Project Idea
FleetPulse was designed to give fleet managers clearer visibility into vehicles, routes, driver activity, and operational events through one connected tracking experience.
Managing a fleet requires continuous visibility into vehicle locations, routes, driver activity, trip history, and operational events. Information can become difficult to manage when tracking data and fleet records are spread across different systems. FleetPulse needed a central platform for monitoring and daily fleet coordination.
Abhineh Infotech connected GPS data, vehicle records, driver profiles, route information, alerts, trip history, and administrative workflows through a unified architecture. The system brought location information and fleet operations together, allowing managers to review current activity while maintaining structured historical records.
The product principle focused on clarity, speed, and confidence. Fleet managers needed important vehicle information at a glance, while drivers needed relevant trip details without unnecessary navigation. Clear maps, status indicators, alerts, and organised records helped users understand fleet activity quickly.

Challenges
FleetPulse supported fleet managers, drivers, dispatch teams, and administrators with different responsibilities and access requirements. Managers needed broad visibility, drivers needed focused trip information, and dispatch teams required tools for monitoring vehicles and responding to operational events.
GPS platforms process continuous location data alongside vehicle profiles, driver records, routes, timestamps, alerts, trip history, and status information. The system required structured data processing and storage to keep current and historical information consistent across tracking and management interfaces.
Large fleets can generate substantial volumes of location updates throughout the day. FleetPulse required efficient data processing, real time communication, caching, and scalable infrastructure to maintain responsive maps, vehicle status, route views, and operational dashboards as tracking activity increased.

Project Features
FleetPulse combines live GPS tracking, vehicle management, route monitoring, driver activity, alerts, and fleet operations through one connected management platform.
Vehicle Management
Fleet managers can maintain vehicle profiles, registration details, assigned drivers, status information, and other operational records.
Live GPS Tracking
Managers can view current vehicle locations through live maps with status information and location updates across the active fleet.
Route Monitoring
Users can review routes, destinations, travel paths, and trip information to understand vehicle movement throughout each journey.
Driver Activity
Driver profiles and activity records provide visibility into assignments, trip progress, and relevant fleet responsibilities.
Alerts and Notifications
Configurable alerts help teams identify selected vehicle, location, status, or operational events requiring attention.
Fleet Operations Dashboard
Operations teams gain central visibility into vehicles, drivers, locations, routes, alerts, and fleet activity through administrative controls.

Results
FleetPulse launched as a connected GPS tracking and fleet management platform covering vehicles, drivers, live locations, routes, trip history, alerts, and administration. The delivered system brought tracking and operational workflows into one structured environment.
Centralised fleet visibility gave managers a clearer view of vehicle locations, driver activity, routes, and operational events. The dashboard helped teams review current activity and historical information without relying on disconnected tracking and fleet management tools.
Users gained a more organised monitoring experience through live maps, vehicle status information, route views, alerts, and trip records. Drivers also received focused access to relevant vehicle and journey information through dedicated workflows.
The platform established a foundation for continued fleet technology development. Its architecture can support additional telematics sources, advanced reporting, maintenance workflows, geofencing, driver analytics, route planning, and expanded fleet management capabilities.
